18 July 2026As I have not seen the floral arrangement that was delivered to an ailing family member on his 94th birthday, I cannot comment on the quality of the product. Nevertheless, I am able to comment on the process of making this purchase. When I discovered that my relative was too weak to answer his phone at the prearranged time so that I could wish him a happy birthday on Friday, I had to come up with Plan B in short order. I am in Canada and ChatGPT helped me find Claudia O'Hara's Floral Design. After a quick phone call to determine if delivery was still possible that day, I placed my order on their website as directed. The website was easy to use and full of beautiful choices at different price points. It also allowed me to include a personal note. Receiving an email to confirm delivery was a nice touch! The arrangement must've been quite impressive because the feedback I got back from the sick birthday boy's wife was: "You shouldn't have spent that much money." I'm glad that I found O'Hara's.

28 June 2026I placed an online order for my aunt’s funeral the night before her funeral, which was very easy to do. I left a note with calling hours and service hours (although there were no promises that they could deliver during a certain time frame), I had hope they could deliver them during the calling hours at least before the service hours. To my surprise Claudia’s actually delivered the flowers before the calling hours even began. The floral arrangement was beautiful. I would highly recommend Claudia O'Hara Floral Design.
